Celestial Bodies Created by Cosmic Beings

Are there any celestial bodies - from galaxies to moons and then some - that have been created by cosmic or multidimensional beings? Are planets, galaxies, black holes, moons, stars, etc. made out of just stuff from the Big Bang aka the universe itself, or have galactic beings or forces created at least planets for the purpose of energy and a home? I ask because if gigantic structures such as pyramids were created by mind or without the use of physical labor, then why would such structures and creation mechanisms stop there?
