Celeb Reptilians

Quick question I've seen asked but not really answered:

Do celebrity & political Reptilians KNOW they're Reptilian?

I know initially they have to sign the contract but I've heard some celebs (Keanu Reeves) say they had no idea what they were signing/thought everyone did it.

Does the human remember what the Reptilian did when it was in the driver's seat?
