Hi,
Joined as seeker before, now joined and given CC for the 7 days trial.
It says I am an Awakener and when I click on the video it says I'm a Seeker and vid stops after a min or so.
I have used 2 browsers and still the same.
How do I correct this please?

It's okay now. Just had to open and close the browser a few times.
