We are supposed to meditate right now, this is something that i hear everywhere right now. What are your favorite meditations or favorite ways to meditate? I have a kind of tinnitus and really need something to listen to while trying to shut down my ego and not think.. or think less.. i have been using the honest guys meditation but could use some other ideas / ways to meditate. Do you have any links?
The reson to meditate is that we need to get out of our ego / earth identety etc.. and just shut down once in a while, so that the energies around us and the dna upadtes etc can integrate in our bodies .. if we are in our human identety all the time that takes longer and is harder. But if we can shut down who we are, what is going on in the world, our mind etc ..then we can kina "reboot" (heh) with these new energies and upgrades.. This is largely how i understood it from EAs video anyway. 🙂

@heidifihlmangmail-com-2-2-2 Hey Heidi. Yeah, daily meditation is key. The most important thing that we can do to connect with our higher self, Mother Father God, Source, Arch Angels, Guides, Ascended Masters etc. Our power resides in the present moment and that’s what meditation provides. In those moments of zero thought and stillness is when we receive our psychic messages, channeling, guidance etc. Meditation is also key for shadow work, healing and activating. I think if we use intention with our meditations they will be more beneficial towards a fruitful outcome. Let’s look at why we meditate and customized the videos or frequencies to match the goal. I’ll post some links below. Maybe you’ll like one. I’m not a super fan of guided meditations unless its for activating or for a specific purpose. Such as activating Chakras, Merkabah, 🧬 DNa etc. or for a collective outcome like in a group meditation for cutting cords, or another important cause. Mostly meditation should be ours. Looking inward for guidance from our higher selves and guides. We can unpack this topic for days. I’m down, if you want to unravel this more. Below are some good links:)

Thank you all, i like trying other peoples favorites. That way i can find lots of good ways to try meditation and find out what works best. Still i like the one where i follow along on a journy or trip somewhere.. but i must admit that when i do one with just breathing i seam to have less thoughts 🙂 One other good way seam to be to begin with some easy and calm Yoga .. then when you relax after that and follow along on a meditation, your body will be so relaxed it is easier 🙂
@heidifihlmangmail-com-2-2-2 Very good point on the guided meditations. I didn't think about that. You're right, if we're following a guided meditation sometimes it is easier to still the mind as we follow along. Some of those guided meditations can put you into a different realm like you're watching the experience happen. Awesome stuff:)
