I am wondering if you do work or just explore the astral realm and you get hurt does it affect your physical body.
The reason I ask is because after the last coaching call of February, Ea told me I was doing too much work and not giving myself time to recover in between each session of work. Last night I said I was ready to start up again, but I said that I would only do work once a week and slowly work back up too three days a week but no more, so I don't overdo it. This morning, I woke up and my entire body is in a lot of pain.
I mentioned in the coaching call I was picked that I am disabled and in one of the forums post I mentioned that I have gran maul seizures.
I don't know if I just tossed and turned a lot and turned the wrong way in my sleep, had a seizure or got hurt in the astral realm and it is affecting my physical body. If anyone can answer this, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
@stardragon38 I can relate. I have days that when I wake up in the morning I am so tired and having a lot of body pain.
Hello fellow annunaki.sorry for what you are going through. You were not ready to jump back in I think. Sending you positive vibration. Talk to your Dr. about gabapentin.non narcotic that helps with seizure. Sounds like you tossed and turned I'm not sensing you had a seizure this time
