"Amsterdam" movie - Has anyone watched it?

I watched this movie - Amsterdam - the other day, thinking it would be some kind of WW1 murder mystery with A-lister actors (Margo Robi, Christian Bale, Robert De Niro, etc.). I was surprised that it's all about secret society, secret groups controlling the narrative. The Kabbal is even mentioned several times. It was really good, but I'm not surprised that it stayed silent and nobody watched it; I am referring to the general audience.

It may have happened in the past, but so much can be related to today's events with specific metaphors. Anyway, it was good entertainment that probably makes more sense when watching for the awakened collective than the other part, not there yet.
