1) I wanted the monthly but was unable to find out how much trouble it is to cancel in case I lose my job or run over by a truck. How do I cancel if I need too? 2) As a free membership how do I know what videos I am eligible to watch? 3) The website was/is extremely slow to load the videos and buffers. I do not have that problem with other sites. Is it because this is Sunday. No one works on Sunday there and its on autopilot? Not sure if this is the place I need to ask these questions but there they are. Thanks for anyone's time to answer which is something no one can EVER pay you back for in this life. 😀
The site is very slow it’s not you. The problem is band with. Elizabeth spend a fortune on servers and IT help. She is not a large player and relies on people to subscribe and bye pay videos to survive.
Free videos are any that have the word seeker above the video picture. Small print but once you see it you will know.
Ive come across cancel several times, cant explain where but its easy. Elizabeth is totally above board.
This is not an easy site to learn but its fun to kill time trying to figure it out.
You might like to know how to ask questions its a tough thing to figure out but once you know its easy, on the main screen on the lower right side there is a little square box. Just click that and there will be a drop down. Dont click a specific question go to the general or another question box. Click that Then type in your question. Takes 48 hours to get a reply.
