what todo with downloads

I started receiving downloads about extraterrestrial beings and the galactic federation over a year ago. A friend mentioned Elizabeth April and I watched her videos and was amazed that everything she mentioned was what I was seeing. I'm curious what I'm supposed to do with this knowledge? Do I ignore the downloads?
