Struggling with the fear of seeing/meeting/being abducted by negative ET’s

Hi everyone, 

I am so excited about the awakening I’ve had and can’t wait to get started on practicing everything I’m capable of. 
I have some fears and questions. 

Q: Where do you even begin to start? 

Q: is it possible for your astral body to get “caught” somewhere and not be able to make it back to your physical body? 
Q: when EA talked about negative entities and asking them to show her unconditional love and half the time they try and attack her…. What the heck do you do to defend yourself?
Can you even feel pain if they hit you or whatever they do when attacking you?

Q: what can you do or say to prevent you from getting abducted?

Fears: Coming in contact with all negative polarized entities…they look so frightening, how do you get over that?I Fears: unintentionally getting into trouble that I can’t get out of. 

Are you more vulnerable in your astral body or physical body?
