Linda Howe

Linda Howe speaks of having conversations with top officials in government, astronauts and pilots. She speaks of three alien races that control genetic experiments on earth. She speaks of them as hostile even destructive. She sounds like she knows what she speaks of. She does not speak of a GFL and I don’t believe she knows of them. She scares me. 
Is she part of the reptilians trying to persuade us to reject aliens? Or part of the government? She seems over stressed and worried. What goes on there?
