GFL Summit 10/23 "Easter Egg"
Hello EA and other Starseeds 👋
I don't like to reveal myself much. But since this is about G.F.L. and since there was this 4:44 indicator, and since I decided to try this particular G.F.L. as my first, and at all frankly in my money-wise situation, I've got the clear message-- I need to share some additional detail with you all. I appreciate and value your time as you also do, so I will tell you the gist of it first and then expand on it and explain a little bit more after.
So: it's the sneeze! Bless you EA!
It's part of answers to questions:
#2 @8:01 -- What are the G.F.L. best and most useful tips on meditation?
#4 @19:44 -- What is the best way to reconnect to Unity Consciousness and maintain it?
#5 @24:28 -- What is the biggest tip on releasing the energy that seems to be stuck?
I've got to say, it was hilarious watching them do this (@29:38) and EA was just awesome. If you watch this video yourself after reading this I am sure you will smile if not laugh, yourself at what they did. The sneeze-- such an every day thing and still percentage wise not so many people and animals(! think about it) know how to really use it to the best advantage. It really is everyday, no matter what you do at the moment, meditation free, effortless letting go of EVERYTHING including the body even, if you can rest in the moment well enough ( vipassana anyone? 🤣 ). It's a true gift to us all; so underappreciated maybe?
Now, this is not my teaching. I am practitioner since 1998 (formally in this lifetime anyway) in the Karma Kagyu vajrayana school of Tibetan Buddhism. My Lama, Lama Ole Nydahl who is very close student of the first consciously incarnating Lama of Tibet-- The Karmapa (at first student of the 16th when he was still alive and now of the 17th) gave this teaching in answer to a question on how can we experience Mahamudra (The Great Seal) state of Mind in everyday life. Mahamudra is the highest teachings that the Buddha gave, calling it The Great Seal to emphasize it. So, the everyday sneeze we experience is 100% Mahamudra state of Mind at moment 0.0000000000000....0 of the sneeze and the sneeze is the effect of our energies from the left and the right main energy channels converging at the same time at the same point where the nose is (because of that we can neutralize it so easily, even using mudras). The same happens when the death occurs when the female energy meets with male energy inside the central channel in the heart center, this is why sometimes sneeze is called small death in Buddhism 🤣. Then gradually as we "come back" from the sneeze we experience 90% of that state of awareness, then 80%... 70%... and so on. So the trick is to stay as much as possible at that moment 0.000..0 and experience how energy re-distributes throughout the entire body and every cell of it! 😊
Just rest in this moment and enjoy it.
And how often, how many do that? 🙂
4:44 was quite a message for me to give you this piece of very useful information-- I do Ngondro, the four Foundational Practices of Tibetan Buddhism-- foundation for Mahamudra; the 4th is my main practice now. Each practice involves 111,111 repetitions, and so 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, and 11:11 or 22:22 are Old Friends of mine 🙂.
Thank You so much for everything you do EA,
Pal👋 😉
