I’m confused about what the difference is and who to believe. I have heard that one is the real deal, benevolent beings trying to help humanity and the other is not. Anyone else confused about this, or has knowledge about this please?

Remember what is most important is to trust yourself & trust your intuition. Just like EA keeps saying "if it's for you, great. If not, do not engage" We know, we really do & always have done; we have truth detectors incorporated in our body / soul & usually we just need to learn to trust ourselves in this. Your very first reaction to something or someone is usually the true response & once you develop this "muscle" you will feel less of a need to get someone else to tell you who or what to trust. There are many being who are supporting Earth & humans at this time, as we go through these changes. Follow who you are attracted to, & believe yourself when you are repelled by someone or something. Just like with humans, there are all kinds of beings out there, & not all of them are benevolent, not all of them are malevolent. Many are both in different mixes! Almost everyone is doing their best, given all the information they have. Choose wisely who to engage with, who is worthy of your time & attention.
