Forgiveness

@leas88 I have asked for help forgiving and it has worked. I also try repeating something like @I forgive you Putin”  like a “fake it til you make it” thing. I’ve asked source to protect ppl I’m struggling with from my negative thoughts. Forgiving myself has been a struggle. I carry a pic of myself from kindergarten and when I look at her, I am so sorry for my self loathing or whatever you’d call it. I think of things I’ve said to myself about myself and I’ve cried looking at the pic. That helped me a lot in forgiving myself. I attached my pic bc it’s like how can I hate that little creep. 🙃
