Contacting Our Cosmic Brothers and Sisters?

@tanaberish thanks so much! How cool that you are studying metaphysics! That's amazing! What is the name of the school or program that you are doing! I'm happy to share anything, there has not been a lot of activity lately, except that I feel loved and supported which I really appreciate! One thing that keeps coming up is this thing called Scalar Waves, have you heard of that?

@tanaberish Nice. I live in Southern California. Pretty lucky here, clear view of the skies at night most of the time. It’s definitely tough getting footage with cloud cover. That’ll be cool for you when the weather clears. I have a theory on why the infrared night vision sparks such a response from a UFO or other ET vehicles. At least for the one I have. The binoculars have 2 tubes one tube is the lens and the second tube is the IR. When the IR is on it’s throws out a bright red beam in the direction of whatever you’re looking at. It kind of makes it super obviously that you’re looking at whatever it is that you’re viewing. I think it que’s the ET and they start interacting because they know you’re tracking them on the binoculars. Just a theory but I feel like it could help engage interacting with them. It won’t let me post the Amazon link for the binoculars I use but the model is GAMSOG infrared night vision binocular, 32gb storage $70. The ASIN is B09NM56HK4. I have an infrared single tube minacular and a helmet mounted night vision but the binoculars I got from Amazon captures the best footage by far. Also Ring cameras have Infrared so you can catch a lot of Ring video too. When I started seeing UFOs at the same time I started getting weird orbs, laser beams, symbols all sorts of stuff. I posted them all to my YouTube in a couple of videos. Had to free up my hard drive space so I uploaded the footage. Try talking to them telepathically when you’re recording them. There’s been a couple times where I was thinking something or said something in my head like “turn left” and they would make a left turn. Yeah, super stoked I was able to do a session with someone that can give all of the information I received. I had to process it for a bit but I’m definitely going to do lots of different readings and sessions with different healers. I want to do an Akashic records reading next. Tried to do the guided meditations to get into the Akashic records but it’s not working the ways I’ve been trying. Life of a starseed, lol. I hope more and more people catch on if people like me and you and other star seeds start posting real footage.

@nickq1233 Oh you found out the types of spirit guides you had as well, that's cool.  You said the ETs taught you how to meditate.  Is there a specific technique that stands out?
