CERN interference in London shifting time and spooking pro horses for royals?

I am just wondering what was up with the time shift in London where Big Ben was off by a few hours on a full moon night and the trained horses spooked. Are they trying to reset events for the royals or something related to Geneva that landed in London instead?’ ( How much are they mucking with our lives, for real?! Ok we k ow that one!😝).
