What is a day in the life of an alien like ? Do Grays for example have to sleep? Do they eat? Do they have to drink a fluid," or they'll die", like us?Do they get bored and play games or watch television ? Other beings like the pleiadians, what do they do for entertainment or do they even need to be entertained? Do higher vibrational leveled beings still seek distractions to fill their time with ,when they have nothing else to do? Exedra....😊🤔
I've read somewhere that there are about 88 different alien races currently visiting Earth. So, there's no 1 answer to your questions. EA once told some species held pets, for fun.

Instinctively, I am feeling the distractions we have here are purpose built. Designed to keep humanity's consciousness occupied or dare I say hypnotized. Arkie's answer of holding pets really rings in here. High vibrational beings would fill with joy to pamper or even cuddle another being, plants included.There is SO much to do in the quantum, never a dull moment.
