I don't know what specific circumstance this is referring to since the post has no context whatsoever in regards to "they, them", etc pronouns.
However, in EA's defense, with ETs and all these crazy inter-dimensional beings "them and they" actually might make sense as pronouns for some of these things in some situations!!
NOT for humans though! That's just bad grammar / improper English!!!

Yes, I noticed they use those pronouns as well, I personally don’t care for those, but it is just my opinion. English is my second language, so for me, they/them indicates plural. However, after following Elizabeth for a few months now, I think that she probably does not care about these type of things. She is wonderful, don’t leave 🤗
