Why did this Happen?

In 1996 I was spirited away in a merkaba through the universe . I had no previous experience with sacred geometry or soul travel. I was wisked to a planet like sphere with light streaming through and was told it was the sphere of knowledge. I was taken to a ship where I met beings from other galaxies (like a loving lobster lady) who sent me love and humanoids with large heads. I was sent through a tube to meet some Grey's. This was over a span of a few months. All of this during lucid dreams in which I landed with a thud eyes wide open back on my bed each time.  Then these experiences abruptly stopped with no explanation of why that happened and really no 6th sense of which I would have liked to have. So my question,  does anybody know why this would have happened, what I do with this experience,  why can't I do it anymore, etc. ? I would live to travel at will but I have been unable since.
