@lynp-2 No problem:) has some typos. I put it together at work one day. Rushed through it but hopefully it makes sense? I had a couple soul tribe members all getting trained up at the same time. I needed something to hand out. Lol. Healing ❤️‍🩹 is the easiest thing to do out of the energy work abilities that we have. Activations is next but it takes some visualization practices. Just creativity. And open mindedness to believe that you can do it. Then you manifest the realty that you can do it. 🙂 🪄 🧙‍♀️ 🧚‍♀️ 

The psychic stuff comes later I feel. At least for me. I feel like healing came first, then activations, then the psychic stuff. I bet everyone is different. Some may have incredible psychic abilities but not know how to do energy work I guess. It’s just about learning how to do it all. We all have the same abilities. Some have extra like Patrice.@patricekrysztofiak Lol. That man has a very special ability to remove blockages and attachments. I’ve never seen anything like it. 

I need to revise this to include the ascended Masters for invoking. Everyone is getting all good at this stuff. Now we gotta step it up with invoking Saint Germain, Yeshua, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Buddha and the other Ascended Masters and the different Dragon energies and higher dimensional support we have access to relating to invoking Divine spirit. 🙂 ❤️ 💡 

Hello,  I do have a training for Medical intuition on the cosmic awakening site. It comes with 2 hours of coaching.  But that mostly for people who already have a foot in the door and can already feel energies a bit.

Reiki is also a great entry point to this, you can check Lisa Powers' course ( https://lisapowers.co/reiki/ it's very affordable and it's the real deal, that's the one that got me started ).

Also being "clean" is a very important aspect of this activity, I recommand having an extreme Energetic Hygiene Routine (i'm a bit OCD about this actually, i got trained by a priestess who is very very very... let's say annoyed about "dark energies" on people ). It doesn't mean you have to do 10 hours of yoga a day, there are other ways. ( my article about energetic-hygiene ).  She would give me a lecture everytime she thought I didn't do my routine or If I had something on me ( a parasite thought, emotions from someone else on me, business worries etc.. she can pick up on the smallest particle of dirt on someone, that's quite crazy when I think about it, she can actually see the energy with her eyes open and know what they are).

@nickq1233 Well my psychic abilities are almost non-existent as of right now lol. I've been setting up a sacred space kind of similar to the one in your chest sheet before I practice anything. I guess what I really want to know is how to feel/sense energy and how to send healing energy to others?

@1066franco221 How are your chakra activations going? I noticed my psychic abilities took off once all my chakras were activated. I had a blockage at my heart chakra. I met a close soul family member and she cleared that for me and activated my heart chakra. Once that happened things really took off. Are you listening to activation frequencies or doing any guided chakra activations? Basically we’re looking at getting the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown activated along with our DNA 🧬. 

You should try to join our community, we have 2 days a month of "practice your gifts". And there's ongoing training and attunements within the community ( we exchange our frequencies to increase our bandwidth). It is a very very inexpensive way to train and practice, I don't think there is anything like it anywhere else yet.
