I recently found Irene Lyons work about the nervous system on youtube and am binge watching since - It feels like a missing link but the information is quite overwhelming for me...
It would be wonderful to hear the perspective of EA, Bhakta (hope I'm spelling right) or Timothy - I have so many questions in my mind for example how does cells work on the energetic level - is a "reset" of the nervous system really not possible through energy healing or meditation - are informations transformed from the mother/father to the child on this celluar level, is that how ancestral trauma is created in the first place and is this as well part of karma as we know it - how can you be sure to really be in your body/feel your body completely (big one for me personally) etc.
The somatic level of live is the one I always wanted to manipulate in a way through spiritual, energetic or even emotional experiences and although it all is a big complex system and all levels are equally important somehow I neglected my body almost my complete life. I know that is a common thread for starseeds so maybe this information resonates with u and I really wanna hear EA or the GFL talk about the human nervous system more...
Creating and maintaining a safe space on every level is so important that's legit, but at the same time what is safe anyways and I agree, there comes in trust but what is with all the early traumatized people who are in functional freeze (and may not even know that) - ugh people this is huge, would like to hear your thoughts on this as well...

It is possible to have somatic events via energy healings and meditation ( and breathing practices ). That is what Cornelius Christopher does (ONEO Coherence Healing) . I have experienced also many myself from sound ( my hand and/or leg started to shake away traumas ). Especially via tuning forks in my case.
i have given a few remote one to one sessions on video where i saw the person having a somatic experience just by telling them the "past life story", their body started to shake or they had goose bumps on their spine only etc..
I think everything is possible, and so yes it should be possible to heal completely with energy work, that said, it's not that easy, because my belief ( which is a limiting belief ), is that it's not always possible to heal completely from 1 healer only, it's better to see several persons, because they have all "unique abilities" ( for example, in my case, i can absorb the trauma via my body, so that the patient doesn't have to go through the experience or release, i release it for him/her , of course sometimes i ask them to do it, when i feel they can handle it ). The messages channeled by Sheena Gilette/ Archangel Theo group speaks in that direction too, "everyone has unique gifts and it's time to team up and use our gifts".
