I don't remember my dreams. I have a notebook by my bed and have not used it in years. I have asked my guides to help me remember my dreams and still nothing. Help!???
@pintoalina You should check out the book "The Hidden Power of Dreams" by Denise Linn, it was a good read with good info in my opinion! One thing I remember from the book that I took away from it was she talked about the belief in really believing that our dreams are valuable. So the more you believe that they are valuable and contain valuable information then it can help alot in you remembering your dreams. Versus, just thinking "oh it was just a dream" not placing much value around your dreams, it is easier for it to slip away if that makes sense. The book explains it better and gives alot more information and things you can do with dreams! (:
