Unique structure ( possibly a portal )

Hi guys,

Just throwing it out there is anyone could give any insight or pick up anything from this structure in Melbourne, Australia. Not long back myself and some friends were doing energy work at a nearby shrine where we believe a lot of energy harvesting is happening, afterwards we found this close by. It is very closer to 2 intersecting ley line points. A friend tried to remote in but felt it was heavily protected and blocked. We are getting guided to back on 11/11 to do some work there but more specifically at this site and just be good to get any More extra info.
