This activity is designed for you to share your gratitude lists to inspire and uplift other SHIFT Masterclass Students and celebrate the positive changes that have come about from your journey through the course.
Follow these steps to complete the activity:

Gratitude is an important aspect of the SHIFT Masterclass, and taking time to reflect on what we're thankful for can have a positive impact on our overall well-being. Set aside 10-15 minutes to reflect on your day and write down 3X things you are grateful for. It could be something as simple as a kind word from a friend, a warm cup of tea, or a beautiful sunset.
