I wanted to start a discussion on protections. It’s becoming a big topic in the meditation circles that I’m involved in. I’ll share some recent experiences and I want to open the conversation up in an effort to help everyone invoke protections that work for them. I’m involved with a couple of different starseeds groups that have an element of group meditation 🧘♀️ as part of the community interaction. The group meditations include energy exchanges in environments that include energy work, healing, reiki, channeling and more. We’ve been experiencing some challenges relating to vibrational matches. We’ll have some starseeds that are super high vibe mixed with newer starseeds that haven’t healed at the same level which will negatively impact the energy of the higher vibe starseeds. There’s a lot that goes into that of course. Attachments, ego, imprinting, vibration, activation status and more. As we get more starseeds together in community events like group meditation how do we better protect everyone in these sessions?
Self protections are incredibly affective at protecting us against low vibrational energies, attachments, entities and beings. Maybe we can share what protections work for us? I personally rely heavily of Divine Source, Arch Angels and Ascended Masters. Before each session I invoke AA Michael to place a sphere of protection around me , filled with divine white 💡 light, I’ll invoke AA Metatron to place his cube over my sphere. Then I’ll invoke Source to flood the open space with divine white light, pure white light. I’ll hold the intention to not allow any low vibrational energies, attachments, entities or beings to interact with me at any level. Only allowing the highest level of love and light. I’ll invoke all planes protection as well. Invoking AA Uriel, Raphael, Michael, Gabriel,Metatron, Sandalphon for NESW above and below. After all that I’m ready for group meditation. I try to invoke protections before I go into a group meditation but some times I’m scrambling to invoke before we start. I keep a jar full of purified water with a rose Crystal in the water and I have salt next to me during the session. I have a diffuser filled with sage pointing towards me as well.
I notice that some aren’t invoking protections before the sessions or they don’t know how to invoke effective protection.
I want to open the discussion up for anyone that would like to share what they do for their protections? Or anyone that needs helps with coming up with their own protections:) 😇 ❤️ 💡
hi Nick ! I always put myself in a pyramid of light ( like the one I put you in for the QHHT session) , a pyramid of pure white light, the white light is a very powerful force....... and ask my guides to protect me. I always do that before my sessions. And when an attachment needs to be removed during the session I ask for Archangel Michael's help and he is super powerful. I dont invoke too many angels. I heard one day that the more you ask for protection , the more you are sending the message that you might be vulnerable 😉 Protection is important indeed though. I guess it depends on each one of us, maybe some need more, I dont know!
@nickq1233 I must add that I have always been told not to participate in collective meditations because you could get "polluted" by someone else who is not protected. I guess it depends on who protects the group. But still, I prefer to do that on my own just in case!
@marieguerdin11 That was amazing when you did that. I’m glad you shared that. I’m going to replay that part of of the regression. I walked away from our regression remembering the divine white light and invoking Divine Source. I changed up my invocation but didn’t nail it. I want to transition to your technique. I’ve never felt a more through cleanse of my energy ever. I left that regression so clean. I’m trying to keep it clean how. It feels so much lighter. Thanks again for that 🙂
@marieguerdin11 I totally hear that. I went solo for a couple of weeks. I was still meditating with Bri though. She did a ton of energy work on me ❤️🩹. It felt really good to be so clean. I get my reiki itches though. I just did my first group meditation in weeks last night. Reiki with friends, it was so nice. It was super safe though. I knew everyone there and it was really small. I’m going to continue to lay low and only do some things in smaller groups. For the same reasons you mentioned.
@nickq1233 the protection I placed on you is the part I didnt record because we are not supposed to record the "induction" otherwise the person could fall back asleep if he/she listened to it again 😆 😆 But you can by yourself invoke the Pyramid of WHITE LIGHT, the one that is connected to the Divine Source.
I've always bubbled myself in a pure white sphere of protective white light, and set the intention that nothing can enter the sacred space, only that which is of a higher vibration and of the love and light.
But now it seems it's not enough. I'm getting entity attachments and yucky things in my energy field! I can't clean them up myself, but am fortunate enough to have friends who can help me out.
Is it just the wacky energies at the moment? What's going on!

@marieguerdin11 I noticed. I was looking back in the recording. Lol. I totally invoked the Pyramid filled with white light yesterday and today. You can really notice the energy change. Very pure, light , high vibe. Thanks again for that.
@amyelizabeth We should invoke Marie’s pyramid together. I guess we could have today, in our thing earlier. Lol. I need to establish the new routine for my daily protections. I’m going to start invoking Marie’s pyramid with Bri in our daily meditations too. We’ve been using the sphere too and it works most the time but Ive never felt as purified as I did with Marie. Using Marie’s pyramid technique. We can practice together if you want ? Tomorrow or whatever. Maybe we could do a short 🧽 clearing on both of us together like we’ve been before but with Marie’s Pyramid technique 🙂 Telegram or whatever. 🤷 Practice makes perfect 👍 . 🙂

I always do a ton of protection shields, white light, cord cutting, aura cleaning, invisibility cloaks, help of angels, light sword. But after every WW3 battle against the dark, they always come after me, in ways ever so unexpected. One time through 4D into my dreams, another time through my loved ones (my children getting bad luck or illness), then my car, then at my work area! Now i bubble everything i can think of and still sometimes get choked in my dreams by dark entities or monsters. They don't scare me, i give them love, but in the end i need force to free myself. Maybe, just maybe, i attract them on purpose? to show them the light, so that they don't bother other starseeds? I don't know. It feels like retaliation for me lightworking to positively alter the V's in the world, altering 4G and now 5G tech, infiltrating the mass media (just teasing) etc. I take it as a "comes with the job" 😎
@lighthealer_arkie Thanks Arkie. Man, I feel you on the targeting. I’ve experienced some of that. Just had an implant removed not too long ago. You’re pretty out there in the open. I can only imagine the amount of energies you deal with. Thankfully you have the tools to clear those energies. I’m curious about the invisibility cloaks? Do you have any videos on your protection methods. I really like the protections that you invoke.
