Plan to redirect the earths spin?

Hi EA. I have heard there are 2 enormous  ships are currently moving slowly towards earth since 2009 and plan to very slowly stop the rotation of the earth then slowly move away from the plant so it will spin in the opposite direction giving us the ability to have lighter bodies and that its current spin is what makes us so dense. I am completely confused by this information. Is this part of the false info you had told us about in previous videos?
