Hey beautiful being! I just so appreciate YOU!!! umm ok so what do I do when i feel literally Pulled Down... i realize that it is the mind however, its hard to breath. I do inner work everyday. I also have been meditating with Stargate Experience for years. I Love you and your wife and baby...you guys are so Cool!!! i mostly have been stable but the last 2weeks, really tough. I just listened to a Qand A and it gave me a revive... INFINATE GRATITUDE for that!!
